    CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

    • All players must be ECF Silver members or above or pay the £9 game fee surcharge. Please register on the ECF website if not already a member. ECF Web Site
    • Once the entry form is filled in this website will send you to PayPal to complete payment.
      If you would rather pay via direct bank transfer please message us via the contact form with your email address and I will send you details for bank transfer.
    • Entries received after 18:00 Monday 20th May 2024, will require additional £5 late entry fee.

      Pairings

    • All boards in all sections will play using digital clocks at a rate of 25 minutes and 5 seconds added per move.

      Rating

    • The May 2024 ECF Rapid Play Rating List will be used to determine a player's rating.

      Other Information

    • There is a large free carpark at the venue.
    • Padgate Railway Station is less then a 1 minute walk from the venue.
    • Light refreshments will be on sale at the venue. There is also a nearby food pub "The Station House".

      Parental responsibility

    • Parents are responsible for their children during the tournament, the tournament arbiters and helpers are not to act as "In loco parentis" and are not able to take responsibility for any child's actions. Or for the actions of anyone that may affect your child.
