Special Notes

Eligibility - We are restricting entries to those who have previously entered a Leyland Rapidplay or Standard Play event. We only accept entries from people where we can match an email on our database, or we know them as local players.

Anti Cheating Measures

Real Names and Lichess user ID's will be on public display.
Players must have a valid lichess account, players with a closed account will not be allowed continue in the tournament.
We will screen the games using the FIDE Screening tool run by Professor Ken Regan after the event and during the event if possible.
We will also have a member of the FIDE Fair Play Commission overseeing our Anti Cheating measures.

Entry

Please use the on-line entry page to add your entry, then use the Pay button. Entries will be automatically entered onto the Entries page when your payment has been accepted.

Sections

We expect to run two section, we will split the tournaments on a fairy even basis depending on entries.

Ratings and Pairings

We will use Swiss Manager for pairings and ECF Live Rapid ratings.

Rate of Play

Each player will have 15 minutes plus a 10 second increment per move from move 1

Round 1	Sunday 21 February - 10:00
Round 2	Sunday 21 February - 11:00
Round 3	Sunday 21 February - 12:00
Round 4	Sunday 21 February - 14:30
Round 5	Sunday 21 February - 15:30

Conditions of Entry

The organisers reserve the right to:

• Enforce the platform's anti-cheating rules
• Eject people from the tournament
• Players must have a lichess.org account
• Transfer entrants between events
• Split or merge events depending on numbers
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry without assigning a reason
• Take any other measures deemed necessary to ensure the smooth running of the event
