I have loved congress.org.uk for a while and use it to run my own events.
I've tried to run a minRating event system where one of my sections was 1750-2400, but that was disregarded multiple times. There's already a function for rating caps, so I am naively guessing it wouldn't take much to add in a Minimum rating requirement? I'd really appreciate it if you took the time to.

You are of course asking the system to check their ratings at the time of entry and not at the time the event takes place - which is another question ...
