For the congress organisation it is possible to change its name, image, and owners.
- The view tab shows the current name and owner, and has an option to add a congress report. A congress report is just a page to report on the congress, for example who the winners were. A link to each report is displayed with any congresses for that organisation.
- The edit tab lets you change the name and logo image. To add a new image to the list you need to contact the congress system administrators.
- The owners tab lets you grant other users admin access to an organisation
- The mail tab lets you send mass emails, either to the entrants of a particular congress, or previous entrants of all congresses
- The congresses tab shows a list of all congresses in the organisation
- The costs tab shows a nominal cost of hosting the congress system based on a cost per entry to give organisers an idea of how much to donate.
If you do a mass mail and you get some errors because of users email addresses being invalid you can edit their settings by picking on their name from the mass email list and un-ticking their subscription to mass emails for your congress (if you have sufficient permissions)
If you want to give anyone else permission to be an owner of your congress organisation, that can be done here. Being an owner allows you to add other owners, and to access the congress admin, edit and reports tabs. The new owner needs to already have a login id. If they do not, you need to request one use the contact link for the system. They may have a login if they have previously entered a congress as the system creates one for them automatically.
