Does it matter which Swiss Manager column the rating is in?

At the moment the Swiss Manager TXT files for import into sections have the "Rating Nat" column containing the latest rating, and the "Rating Int" column containing the rating you have selected for that section. Should the rating you are using really be in the "Rating Nat" column and the "Rating Int" column contain the FIDE rating for FIDE rated events ? or does it not matter ?
